Shipping Information and Timing
All orders are custom-made at our facility, so please allow 5-7 business days for the production of your order, plus FedEx Ground transit time. As a general rule,
you can expect to have your order “in-hands” in approximately 10 business days. If you need your order sooner or for a specific event or date, we offer
accelerated production and shipping
options during the checkout process. Our web site will allow you to select a target “in-hands” date and view the costs to accelerate your shipment and guarantee

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Whenever possible, we recommend shipment to a business address. FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes;
therefore, we will need a street address for delivery purposes. For residential deliveries, we use the FedEx Home Delivery system,
which offers the benefit of home deliveries on Tuesday-Saturday, a nice advantage for working families. Please note, orders over $750 will require a signature at delivery.
Each item we ship is fully insured, and our frames are shipped in specially designed
boxes that have been tested
and approved by both FedEx and UPS. In the rare instance where damage in transit may occur, rest assured that we will replace the product promptly and
handle the claims process on orders shipped from our facility. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we will resolve the issue and ship a replacement promptly.

Multi Item Shipping Discounts
Discounted shipping is available on multiple item orders, and these discounts are calculated automatically in the checkout process. Our discounts are as follows:
- 10% - 2 items
- 20% - 3 items
- 30% - 4 items
- 40% - 5 or more items
Shipping to APO Addresses
We use the United States Postal Service “Priority Mail” for delivery of orders to military APO addresses.
As part of the online checkout process, you will have the opportunity to obtain a price on international shipping, based on various levels of FedEx service.
International shipping rates vary widely based on location, speed of service, and package size, which is why we provide individual international shipping
quote based on the specific items you want to order and your destination. For international shipments, we have found that FedEx provides the best
combination of rates, reliable delivery, dependable insurance coverage, and up-to-date tracking.
On international orders, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in shipping charges. Contact your local customs office for details.
Duty Free Shipping and Sales Tax on Orders Shipping to Canada
In accordance with NAFTA our finished frames are certified made in the USA and as such ship to our customers free of duty charges. Canadian sales tax and a $10 processing fee will be invoiced separately by FedEx on all orders shipped into Canada.
