To hear Grandma and Grandpa speak of the United States circa 1950s, the world begged for anything Made in the U.S.A.
There were no Japanese-made cars, gadgets from China, Cambodian-made hoodies, or jeans made in Sri Lanka. America was a mecca for all goods, and if it was “Made in America,” it was made with excellence, integrity, and pride. Dinah Shore sang her 1950s jingle with gusto, “See the U.S.A. in your Chevrolet; America’s the greatest land of all.”
While Ms. Shore crooned about patriotism decades ago, there are still many important reasons to seek out a company that manufactures its goods in the United States. Buying nationally creates jobs, keeps money circulating in our country, and decreases our dependency on nations that may not have the same safety, ethics, standards, or working conditions associated with U.S.A. Made.

“We do focus very heavily on made-in-America products. Inventory is about 55% now Made in America,” said Cameron Salome, an Aggie graduate and owner/manager of College Depot. “American made is extremely important especially finding companies such as yours who provides a fantastic product at an affordable price.”
He added, “Bringing in American-made products in a marketplace that is primarily dominated by overseas produced items has been a tremendous challenge, but a rewarding experience to give those made-in-America companies the opportunity to compete against larger big-box retailers that they would not otherwise be able to do.”
So, whether you’re looking to purchase a diploma frame or some other product, American-Made does matter. Church Hill Classics is proud to be located in Connecticut and to offer quality, custom diploma and document frames made in the U.S.A.
