Monroe, CT – September 20, 2010 - Church Hill Classics, a leading manufacturer and online retailer in the college and university diploma frame industry, announced the Winner and Runners-Up in their Where's FRANKIE the Diploma Frame? Scholarship Photo Contest, on September 15, 2010!

The national Where's FRANKIE the Diploma Frame? Scholarship Photo Contest, required entrants to print and cut out Church Hill Classics/diplomaframe.com's mascot, FRANKIE the Diploma Frame, and take a photo of him or with him at their favorite summer destination.  Church Hill Classics was looking for the most creative, and fun-themed photos of FRANKIE, and selected six Finalists from over 850 entries! The Finalists were posted on Church Hill Classics' website for two weeks of public voting to determine one Winner and two Runners-Up.

The Winner is Christopher Hunter, a student at The University of Iowa. Christopher's top-voted entry photo, shown below, earns him a $500 gift card to his university bookstore for textbooks!

The two Runners-Up are Anna Eagan at Stephen F. Austin State University, and Delana Kromer at Western Washington University. Each Runner-Up receives a custom frame that they will design through Church Hill Classics' Create-A-Frame Design Center.

The Winner and Runners-Up entries can be seen on Church Hill Classics' website, as well as the original six Finalist entries.
