The CT BBB considered her an excellent recipient of this award because throughout the years, she has built strong relationships with customers. These customers value her opinion and come to her whenever they have a question or concern. She is passionate about her work at CHC and always goes above and beyond with any assignment. Also, she is respected and admired by her co-workers. She is willing to help not only her department but also other departments.
"In being recognized with the BBB's Superior Service by Business Employee award, I truly feel like I received an Academy Award," said Lauren. "I feel incredibly honored. I certainly put a lot of energy into helping college bookstores and retail customers all across the country, but in addition, I work with an amazing Marketing Team!"
Lauren was honored at the CT BBB's Awards Gala and Annual Meeting held on November 1, 2012 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT. In addition to Mrs. Miller winning the Employee Superior Service 2012 Award, CHC received three awards at the Awards Gala:
