Lucie Voves Doubly Honored with Brava Award
and Vistage Leadership Legacy Award
Monroe, CT - October 28, 2015 - Lucie Voves, President and CEO of Church Hill Classics (CHC), a premier diploma frame company headquartered in Monroe, Connecticut, received two awards September 28th when New York SmartCEO honored the region’s top female business leaders at the 2015 Brava Awards.
Brava Award Winners demonstrate vision, compassion, dedication, and perseverance---hallmark qualities of successful leaders---in their business, personal, and philanthropic lives. The awards honor female CEOs who combine their entrepreneurial success with their passion for giving back to the community.
In addition to the Brava Award, Ms. Voves won the prestigious Vistage Leadership Legacy Award, presented to the one CEO at this event who embodies Vistage’s founding values of Trust, Caring, Challenge, and Growth. Lee Peters, Executive, Vistage Worldwide, said, “We are so pleased and honored to have had the opportunity to consider Lucie for this award. As a Brava Award winner, SmartCEO recognizes Ms. Voves’ philanthropy, mentoring, and remarkable company growth. Since 2009, CHC has run a "Frame My Future" scholarship program which has awarded $42,000 to date. Ms. Voves serves on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University and mentors student entrepreneurs. Also, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Women’s Business Council for Southwestern CT, the National Advisory Board for Enterprising Women magazine, and manages the Presidential Volunteer Service Awards program for the Nutmeg Chapter of National Charity League, a mother/daughter philanthropy.
CHC, a nine-time winner in Inc. magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growth Companies, will celebrate its 25th Anniversary in 2016.
