Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Whenever possible, we recommend shipment to a business address. FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes; therefore, we will need a street address for delivery purposes. For expedited or international shipping options, please call (800) 477-9005 or email info@diplomaframe.com for a price quote. FedEx Ground shipping is available for AK, HI, & PR - please add $20 to the regular shipping price for the 1st item, $10 for additional items. Please add this to the additional notes field in the cart. Shipping charges will be processed separately. Our diploma frames are shipped in custom boxes that have been tested and approved by both UPS and FedEx. All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we will resolve the issue and ship a replacement promptly. Please call us at (800) 477-9005 to report transit damage and request a timely pick-up and product replacement.
