Shipping Guidelines
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Whenever possible, we recommend shipment to a business address. FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes; therefore, we will need a street address for delivery purposes.
Please allow 7-10 business days, plus FedEx ground transit time, to obtain your frame. For expedited or international shipping options, please call (800) 477-9005 or email info@diplomaframe.com for a price quote.
Our diploma frames are shipped in custom boxes that have been tested and approved by both UPS and FedEx. All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, we will resolve the issue and ship a replacement promptly. Please call us at (800) 477-9005 to report transit damage and request a timely pick-up and product replacement.
