Sash Insertion Instructions For Sash Frames

1. Start by removing the backboard and mat from your frame.  Gently push the sash shadowbox through the backboard.
   
   
2. Fold sash in half with seal/sash front facing forward.
   
   
3. Insert your sash through the first slot at the top of the shadowbox and pull down so sash fills the shadowbox.
   
   
4. Thread the sash back through the second slot and back out the third slot, leave the excess sash in a loop and this will lay flat on the back of the frame box.
   
   
5. Place shadowbox back into the frame, place the backing mat over the top and close flex tabs to hold mat and box in place.

Stole Insertion Instructions For Stole Frames

1. Start by removing the backboard and mat from your frame. Gently push the stole shadowbox through the backboard.
   
   
2. Fold stole in half with seal front facing forward.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Insert your stole through the slot at the top of the shadowbox and pull down so stole fills the shadowbox.
   
   
                                
   
   
4. Leave the excess stole in a loop and this will lay flat on the back of the frame box.
   
   
                                       
      
   
5. Place shadowbox back into the frame, place the backing mat over the top and close flex tabs to hold mat and box in place.
   
   
   
   
            
             
   

Varsity Letter Insertion Instructions For Varsity Letter Frames

1. Using double-sided adhesive strips, remove one side of the release paper and apply the adhesive strips to the back of your varsity letter. (Varsity Letter Frames from Church Hill Classics come with two double-sided adhesive strips. If desired, you may cut these in half to adhere to your letter in four places.)
   
   
   
   
   
2. Place your frame glass side down on a towel, and lift up the flexible points to remove the backing board and mat.
   
   
3. Turn the mat right side up, and center your letter on the backing board so that it is centered in the mat opening.
   
   
4. Mount your letter by removing the release paper from the strips and gently apply pressure to your letter.
   
   
5. To display your pin, push the pin through the front of the letter and the matboard backing.
