We received the frame today, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures in the brochure don't do it justice, as the quality and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend your company, your level of customer service and the quality of your products.

Rock the Vote! Frame My Future Scholarship Contest 2014 Finalists Announced

Written by Katie Turcio-Canales, Marketing Intern

It is that exciting time of the year again where we get to announce the Finalists for the 2014 Frame My Future Scholarship Contest. It brings us great joy to say this scholarship has been such a great success in the last 5 years and this year is no exception.

Are you ready for graduation?

Attention, seniors! If you’re graduating in May, the countdown has begun. We know from experience that you’ve already got a lot on your plate -- applying for jobs, reaching out to all your networking contacts, doing your best to stave off senioritis. Unfortunately, this only intensifies as graduation weekend closes in. Do yourself a favor and get ready for the parties, family gatherings and pre-graduation to-do’s now. Otherwise, you’ll be pulling your hair out trying to squeeze it all in during those first two weeks of May. And you’ve got exams to worry about then.

A College Varsity Sport That Stands Out

Ever hear of synchronized skating? I hate to say it, but I never had. Synchronized swimming, yes, but this ice skating sport is new to me. Then I saw the athleticism and style of the Miami RedHawks at Miami University in Ohio and how in step the teammates were with each other. Amazing! That's when I started learning about this competitive varsity sport. Actually, the 30th anniversary of the 2014 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships is happening Feb. 24 - March 1 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The Varsity Letter - The Way It is and the Way It Was

As the kickoff to the athletic year has advanced at high schools, prep schools, and colleges, student athletes have been giving their all for their teams, schools, and fans. A traditional reward for their efforts is the varsity letter. Varsity letters are a long-time symbol of student athletes’ dedication and achievement.

One College's Ghost Stories

Ghost stories... how appropriate for around Halloween!  It's especially unnerving when the stories of hauntings take place in buildings at a most unexpected place - college! Hauntings apparently are commonplace at Kenyon College in Ohio.

Harry Potter’s Science meets the U of Nebraska-Lincoln

There’s an unexpected undergraduate honors chemistry class being offered at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. It is called a ‘Muggle’s Guide to Harry Potter’s Chemistry’, and it explores the magical chemistry - “potions” - taught at the imaginary Hogwarts School.  The twist to this course is that this serious subject incorporates a cultural aspect, which is meant to encourage more students to take chemistry.

Creativity and Being “Liked” Can Help You Win a $1,000 Scholarship

This is just the start of Church Hill Classics’ sixth annual Frame My Future Scholarship contest where five creative students from across the country will each win $1,000 to help with their education. The scholarship contest still is different than the usual scholarships out there that require a long essay or extensive forms to submit.  Plus, one exciting change is that Facebook Fan Favorites will used to determine two of the 24 Finalists.

May Mayhem: Your College Student Is Moving Back In

Has an extraterrestrial invaded your home this May?  When college-age sons and daughters come back home and re-feather your empty nest to be with you for the summer, it is a readjustment for everyone in the household. Each family must deal with its new challenges individually, but one reality is certain: no matter where the recent graduates eventually hang their hats, earning that sheepskin elevates degree holders in everyone’s eyes.
