Thank you so much for replying to me so quickly. I am relatively new to purchasing things on the web. I placed an order with your company for two reasons. The first being the superior quality of your reasonably priced diploma frames. And the second, your value of customer service.

Colgate University Bookstore – Interactive & Fun for the Whole Community

Colgate University Bookstore Staff photo
Colgate Bookstore in upstate New York is not what you’d expect from a University bookstore. The staff not only serves its Colgate University students and campus employees, but the store also is a fun place for the whole community. Yes, there are diploma frames and other normal college items available for students and alumni, but there’s so much more…

Covered Bridge Resonates with Messiah College Students, Alumni, & Staff

A well-loved, much used way for students, alumni, staff, and others to get around Messiah College’s Pennsylvania campus is their own historic covered bridge, built in 1867. This iconic structure, unusual for a college campus is a popular image that graces two of their diploma frames.

Messiah College’s covered bridge, commonly called the Stoner Bridge (named in honor of Mr. & Mrs. Jacob S. Stoner who donated the bridge  to the college), but also known as the Bowmansdale Covered Bridge, is one of only a handful of covered bridges actually located on college campuses in the United States.

Wabash College Still Has Sheepskin Diplomas and Other Interesting Info

Sheepskin diplomas are not prevalent at all, although they once were. Yet, for Wabash College in Indiana, the tradition of giving sheepskin diplomas to its graduates continues. This coming May will be no exception. At the college’s 176th Commencement ceremony last May, its 172 graduates received sheepskin diplomas, as always. The college also carries on its tradition as an all-male college.

Inspiration from Colleges & Universities in the New Year

It’s the New Year, and it’s natural that we think about what’s ahead for us. Some wonderful motivation comes from our institutions of higher learning. Colleges & universities have Mission Statements.

To Our Veterans of the United States Military – Thank You!

Among your family and friends, what Veterans do you know and honor?

In mine, there are quite a few.  One in particular is a family man, married at 22 on August 24, 1947, after World War II to his 18-year-old Brooklyn neighborhood love, Vivian.

German Mottos a Novelty at Stanford University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute

Germany has been in the news: winner of the FIFA World Cup, Nico Rosberg’s win in the German Grand Prix, the “go to” place for foreign students to attend college, and the start of Oktoberfest (September 20 through October 5), to name a few. There’s also this…the discovery of a couple of American colleges with German mottos.

College Students Remember 9/11

Think back. Where were you on September 11, 2001? Today’s college freshmen were only in kindergarten then.

That’s when the Twin Towers were destroyed, the Pentagon was attacked, and four passenger planes were overtaken and used as deadly missiles. That day, about 3,000 innocent people were killed, including first responders who were doing their jobs by trying to help and rescue people.  Most who died were U.S. citizens, but there were also individuals from 90 other countries who lost their lives on 9/11.

Rams Rule! Everything is “Ram-tastic” at Colorado State University & CSU Bookstore

Colorado State University in Fort Collins is a seriously spirited school. It’s not only the athletics or the official mascot, CAM the Ram, that makes this so. It’s not all about Colorado State’s snappy Fight Song or the prominent school colors of green and gold (reflecting the school's agricultural beginnings). From what pops up on the university’s website, it’s obviously about the name…the Rams.
