Five Winners Chosen by Public Vote in Church Hill Classic’s
Frame My Proudest Moment Photo Contest 2013

Monroe, CT – August 13, 2013 – Church Hill Classics (CHC), a leading manufacturer in the college diploma frame industry, announces five Winners of their nationwide summer contest, Frame My Proudest Moment Contest 2013. The five Winners were chosen by the public during a three-week online voting period. CHC is awarding $500 to the five Winners and twelve custom frames to each of the Finalists.

The Finalists’ photos showed these special lifetime moments: a missionary trip, Commissioning Day at the U.S. Naval Academy, the birth of a baby, in Washington D.C. during the presidential inauguration, and conducting “Flags In” at Arlington National Cemetery. Their photos were among over 700 entries submitted from May 29 to July 15, 2013. At the end of the contest period, CHC’s expert judges evaluated each entry based on the contest’s criteria, and selected twelve entries that portrayed a proud lifetime moment and illustrated the emotion behind those events.

The 12 Finalists competed in an online public voting for three weeks from July 23 to August 6, 2013. The five Winners were determined after the voting period based on how many votes the entries received. The award of $500 is being divided between the five Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will receive $250; the Second Prize Winner will receive $100; the Third Prize Winner will receive $75; the Fourth Prize Winner will received $50; and the Fifth Prize Winner will receive $25.

Five Winners

Grand Prize Winner – Morgan Perry of Carmel, IN

Morgan’s photo, which received the most votes, is named the Grand Prize Winner in the Frame My Proudest Moment Contest. Morgan submitted a photo taken on a missionary trip in Kingston, Jamaica. Morgan is using sign language to communicate with a hearing-impaired woman at an elderly home. The woman told Morgan that for years she hasn’t been able to communicate with anyone because no one understood sign language. The elderly lady was made to eat food that would make her sick but she couldn’t explain the situation. This moment was a proud moment for Morgan because it showed how small things can make all the difference.
